Booking Confirmation & Deposits
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of confirmation. This helps cover staff time, initial planning, ingredient sourcing, and time allocated to your event.
Final Payment
Full payment is due 5–7 working days before the event date.
Cancellations & Refunds
As a small business, each booking represents a significant commitment of time and resources. For this reason:
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a cancellation is made 14 days or more before the event, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the loss of the full deposit. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered for any payments already made.
Unforeseen Events & Rescheduling
In the rare event that WYSEBITES must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), you will be offered:
A full refund, or the option to reschedule your event to another available date.
