 FAQs

  • Nope! The Facebook group is there for extra support and connection, but all your videos and resources live on your private member dashboard so you can access everything in your own time.

  • I totally get it, there’s loads of advice out there, and you might wonder why this is worth it.

I’m Joanna, I’m a chef, food educator, and a mum. I’ve worked with so many families over the years, running face-to-face workshops to help with picky and sensory eating. And while those sessions helped, it always hit me how hard it is for families to find the right support and how expensive or out of reach it can be.

That’s why I created Sensory Bites, to give you access to simple, practical help in a way that’s affordable, supportive, and fits around real life.

You’re not just getting tips, you’re getting tools, videos, expert advice, and a space where you feel understood.

All for less than £1 a day.

  • No diagnosis is needed to join Sensory Bites. If mealtimes feel like a struggle, whether it’s picky eating, food refusal, or stress around textures, this space is for you.

There’s no age limit, and you can join for your child (young or older) or even for yourself if you struggle with food. Many families find that picky eating is a shared habit, not just one person’s issue, so our tips support the whole household.

You're always encouraged to seek professional advice if needed, but you don’t need a formal label to benefit from the tools, ideas, and support we offer.

  • Most videos are short and practical, and you can dip in and out whenever it suits you.

There’s no pressure to “keep up” this is support on your terms.

  • Yes! You’re not locked in. If it’s not the right fit, you can cancel your membership at any time.
